The Sword showcases a highly-polished, mild solid reactive shell called Reactor that will respond more gradually to friction down-lane while still offering some of that ball motion typical of mid-performance bowling balls. Don’t forget, though, that the core is important too. It’s the interior shape that determines the roll pattern due to its migration path, and the Centripetal core’s strong symmetrical shape is not to be taken lightly. One of the most dynamic shapes ever conceived, the Centripetal core will generate plenty of flare potential to keep this ball reading the midlane, producing a more consistent reaction.
Reactor Solid Coverstock
In use for over a decade, the Reactor coverstock is still going strong. When something has been this successful there is no reason to get rid of it. Reactor material is moderately aggressive, but still offers a fair amount of control without over-reacting on the backend.
Centripetal Core
Custom-engineered for the player who desires low, stable spin with forgiveness, the Centripetal Core features a center of gravity that is extremely low. The innovative cascading channels engage the circumference of the weight block and maximize mid-lane control with a smoother change of direction downlane.
